Samsung will use Firefox and Tizen OS
South Korean mobile phone manufacturer Samsung Electronics plans, carrying once Tizen and Firefox OS as efforts to provide better competition on iOS and Android platforms.

Tizen OS developed by Samsung in collaboration with Intel, is an open source OS that will fuel the high-end devices of the future South Korean vendors. Tizen OS reportedly not only developed for mobile phones and tablets, but the TV and various other electronic products.  While Firefox OS intended for low-end smart phones.  Smartphone with Firefox OS will be available in Latin America and some European countries.

Tizen OS platform and Firefox are both developed with HTML5 -based applications, so they can support each other to cultivate the ecosystem and allow developers to target both platforms to offer applications they create.

Tizen is a Linux-based OS with a web - kit and other open source technologies that support native methods, and supports applications developed with HTML5. OS can be used not only mobile devices, but can be used also for household vehicle electronic devices, as well as supported by a variety of manufacturing developed countries.
