IBM created Talent Search Software
IBM has created a cloud -based software suite designed to automate and improve the performance of HR or human resources divisions, namely IBM Kanexa Talent Suite. This software includes applications from IBM and from Kanexa, HR software vendors IBM acquired in 2012 worth 1.3 billion USD.

The software is designed to help human resource professionals and corporate managers in carrying out various processes such as recruitment, training and performance appraisal. There are components of the initial report and analysis of data that can be obtained from the software suite as consideration for HR decision-making and the user can add more sophisticated analysis using the Watson Foundation “big data “suite.

Jonathan Ferrar vice president of IBM's Smarter Workforce said, the company saw an opportunity to provide an integrated software suite for HR to better social collaboration company.

He added, customers can take advantage of these technologies to recruit someone, put them into the appropriate scope of social collaboration with colleagues at the same time can provide the proper training for them as quickly as possible.

IBM Kanexa Talent Suite reportedly only is available with the software-as - a-service or accessed via the internet and the customer will be charged a subscription fee per user. IBM plans to roll out the software suite in the first quarter of this year, but Ferrar not give information about the costs to be incurred to obtain the service.
