Samsung announced that it will launch mSATA SSD hard drive with 1 terabyte (1TB) capacity. The launch itself will begin in December 2013, but its release date is not yet known with certainty. Samsung mSATA SSD capacity is much greater than 512GB capacity that has been circulating current. Samsung mSATA SSD 1TB is ready to bring innovation like never before. It will be a large storage capacity hard for the thinnest portable hard drive from Samsung.

Basically, Hard Drive Samsung mSATA SSD 1 TB will use four fourth packet of flash memory that will be designed with 16 layer 128GB chip. Such a device has a thickness of about 3.85mm, so that approximately 60 % thinner than the average hard drive on the market. In addition, mSATA SSD hard drive is also only weighed 8.5 grams, making it 92 % lighter than HHD in general.

Reportedly, mSATA SSD hard drive will be circulated with various capacities, i.e. 120GB, 250GB, 500GB and 1TB. The entire hard disk will be designed using 128 GB of NAND flash memory. Everything will be designed using Samsung's own controller that is cooperated with TurboWrite.

Yes, even though the specific release date of the hard disk is not yet clear, but the plan in December 2013, Samsung will launch the product so that next year we 'vet got high-end storage devices.
