Google did an update on Gmail messaging system. Excerpted from the website Red Orbit, Wednesday (11/13/2013), Google added a feature on every Gmail Drive, which opened via a desktop.

Typically, document attachments can only be seen through the messages in Gmail. With Drive, users can store data without having to first download the document. This feature can be used since Tuesday (11/13/2013); Documents, photos, videos, and PDFs delivered or sent will be stored on the drive.

To integrate attachment or file attachments, users simply click the Drive button that appears above the attachment option when opening Gmail. Users can also move the selected files to the drive without having to go outside of Gmail.

Drive will also be displayed in full screen that allows users to search documents, to search for documents, users simply typing a keyword or title in the search box.

“If you were among the 120 million active users Drive, documents can be directly stored on various devices, such as mobile phone or tablet, " said Scott Johnston, managing director of Google.
