Smart mobile devices become the primary device used to access the Internet. Starting from chat, play games, access social networks, search for news, and buy products online. The most visible trend of the use of smart phones is more and more consumer demand for applications that have the potential to change people's daily lives.

According to Ericsson Consumer Lab, there are five consumer trends that became popular in 2014. So, what trends will evolve from the use of smart mobile devices in the year 2014?

1. Trend of applications that can change people's habits
Example, the application information on road congestion. Waze apps that know the areas that are experiencing congestion. Now, every person who left work will always open Waze. It was proof that the application can change a person's habits.

2. The body becomes part of a password (biometric data)
